Renal cancer

Renal cancer accounts 3% of all adult cancers. Most of renal tumors (>50%) are asymptomatic (incidental findings in an ultrasound) or can be presented with gross hematuria, flank pain, hypertension and palpable mass in 15% of the patients. The treatment is radical or partial nephrectomy, depending on size and location of the renal tumor.
